Records retrieval
Dataera queries national interoperability networks (Carequality and CommonWell) to pull the patient’s full medical history from participating hospitals and EHR systems—Epic, Athena, Cerner, and more.
Summarization
Raw records—often thousands of pages—are processed and distilled into a clean, concise Face Sheet PDF.
Delivery
The Face Sheet is attached directly to the patient’s chart within your EHR, available to the provider before or during the visit.
